Office LTSC is the latest perpetual version of Microsoft 365 for commercial and government customers.
A device-based license available as a one-time “Perpetual” purchase
available on both platforms (Windows and Mac). Like the previous version Office 2019,
Office LTSC includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote,
Access (Windows only), and Publisher (Windows only).

macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later was originally required for early releases up to October 12, 2021. Later updates require macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later (one of the last 3 major versions of macOS as of the release date).
Intel or Apple processor.
4 GB RAM.

Installation
- Open the dmg
- Run the file "Microsoft_Office_LTSC_for_Mac_2024_v16.93.dmg"
and follow the installation procedure.
- Run the file "LTSC_2024_VL_Serializer.pkg" and follow the
installation procedure.
- It's ready!

In case "[the application] is damaged and cannot be opened...",
disable the Gatekeeper security feature
