This is XCIPTV app, but I modified it and now it looks fantastic. You just need to change the logo and connect with the panel.

Look for "urlhere.com" in apk and change to the direction of your panel url. Panel user is "admin" and pass is "admin".

I spent a whole week to create a design and implement in the app...
