For the panel to work with admin/admin credentials, you must install it in the root of your domain and not in a subdomain, otherwise it will never work.

When you download the panel and install it in your domain then when you open you have this image it means that 2 things have been done wrong:
1) the panel must be installed in the domain and not in the subdomain
2) Either the ph is lower than 8 in this case change the php configuration delete the old files and put it at 8.0

here is the correct image that you should have after installation so the panel will work with the admin/admin identifiers.
